At the start of 2024, Hog Roast Kinnersley was contacted by Harvey to arrange catering for his summer wedding. Harvey and Ella are getting married in July at an elegant country club in Herefordshire. The pair are hoping to enjoy great weather on the day, which will allow them to host their reception on the manicured grounds of the club. For the catering, Hog Roast Kinnersley has been hired to provide a delicious slow-roasted hog for the evening meal. This will be a great addition to the reception and is sure to go down a treat with the 160 guests. Our catering manager Michele is looking forward to catering for this event and being part of what is sure to be a beautiful wedding day!
In preparation for the 7:00pm serving time, the Hog Roast Kinnersley team will arrive at the country club in the morning and set up our catering station on the patio area. We will start by slow-roasting the hog and allowing it to cook for around five hours. Once the pork is ready, it will be expertly carved by Michele and served in fresh bread rolls, along with sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will be serving halloumi and vegetable skewers, homemade chips, and a delicious Caesar salad. Overall, we are expecting this menu to be a great success, with more than enough for everyone to enjoy.
