Martin is a partner at a law firm that he opened with his friend from university almost ten years ago. Every six months, the senior staff members attend a corporate meal, which allows them to discuss their progress in a formal manner. The meal always takes place in the office board room, with an external caterer hired to provide a formal meal for the occasion. For the upcoming event, Hog Roast Lucton has been hired to provide our formal dining package, which is sure to be a great success.
Our formal dining menu begins with a starter consisting of a homemade soup of the day and fresh bread and butter. This is a simple course but is a great introduction to our high-quality ingredients and delicious food. For the main meal, we will be serving delicious sirloin steaks which will be cooked to the guests’ liking just prior to serving. The succulent meat will be accompanied by roasted baby potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and a rich red wine gravy, to create a filling and luxurious main meal. For dessert, the guests can choose between chocolate torte and sticky toffee pudding. Each dish will be served alongside English cream and fresh berries to ensure that they look as delicious as they taste! To finish, we will be providing a hot drinks service with fresh brewed tea and coffee on offer. This will be a great way to end the meal and begin the business section of the evening.
