As we come to the end of another year, we can’t help but reflect on the many successful events we have enjoyed through the last 12 months at Hog Roast Bacton. We can’t help but reflect on the many incredible customers we have had the pleasure of working with, the many guests that we have had the joy of chatting to and serving through each and every event, and the many incredible dishes we have been able to serve.
This job is a true pleasure, but we only get to keep coming back to do it each and every day because of you, our customers and guests. So many of you have been so supportive throughout the many events we’ve catered over a total of three decades now. In that time the Hog Roast Bacton family has grown and grown, and that call comes down to how our customers continue to share our name and dining with others.
One of the major benefits of event catering is that the product is its very own advertisement. When you fulfil a service for one customer you are also putting it out to trial in front of at least a dozen plus other guests. In some instances you could be serving hundreds of guests at one event. That means our catering, while fulfilling an order, is also advertising itself to those hundred other guests, too! Many of which may later ask the event organiser for our details, or indeed will come up to chat to our Hog Roast Bacton chefs at the event to see if we would be available for a future event for them.
The other way we can get out there is by having our customers share online and through their friends the excellent experience they had with us. Testimonials are something we are always on the lookout for at Hog Roast Bacton, but the value of word of mouth doesn’t go amiss either. When you’ve enjoyed a good meal, you want to talk about and share it. Please do! The Hog Roast Bacton team loves fielding calls where the customer has already heard of us through someone else. It shows that our dining is at the right level of quality that it can be recommend with ease, and lets us keep doing what we love again and again and again!
