A massive part of being an event caterer is being able to appropriately look after your customers and guests. Sure, we cater your dining, but we are also catering for your comfort at an event, and so a big part of that is in ensuring that we adhere strictly and safely to any dietary requirements and/or allergens.
At Hog Roast Burcott we want customers to have an excellent time with us. We also want them to feel safe and secure, and that they are not going to have to be too careful about what they are eating. When coming to us for your event, our team will go over any dietary requirements you may have, or that you are expecting that your guests may have. A big one for us is gluten, so you’ll find plenty of gluten-free substitutions in our menus on some of the big dishes. Plus, with our dining often coming with a side of bread rolls and wraps, we also tend to err on the side of caution here too and serve these as gluten-free options as standard. This way, no one is having to miss out at a Hog Roast Burcott event!
For any additional requirements, the Hog Roast Burcott team will be extremely careful and considerate with every one of your guests. All we require is a little bit of communication ahead of time and we can make extraneous efforts to ensure there is still something to eat for any guests that may have less common allergies. Come the day of your event, we will again take care and precautions to make sure we are not serving anyone anything they can’t or do not want to eat. If a guest comes to us with concerns, we’ll do all we can to put them at ease. Our chefs can walk you through how our foods are made, what goes into them, and highlight anything that may come up as a potential issue ingredient.
