In no time at all, they had selected the perfect menu for Janet’s special day—the Formal Hog Roast Dining Experience Menu, a feast worthy of the castle’s opulence.

As the big day approached, our team arrived at the venue early to ensure every detail was perfect. From tenderly cooking the meats to assembling colourful salads and dressing the dining tables with crisp linens and real crockery, we left no stone unturned in our quest to create a memorable dining experience.

As the hall filled with 100 guests dressed in their finest attire, anticipation hung in the air. And when Alice, Rosie, and Janet made their grand entrance, Janet was left speechless by the sight before her. The love and effort put into the celebration left her feeling overwhelmed with gratitude!

With the party officially underway, guests were treated to a tantalising array of canapés, including smoked Scottish salmon, chicken liver parfait, and handmade gourmet sausages, before indulging in a hearty homemade soup starter with crusty bread rolls.

The main course, served buffet-style, featured a scrumptious selection comprising a traditional hog roast, handmade British beef burgers, and grilled vegetable skewers, accompanied by an array of vibrant salads and buttered new potatoes. Bringing the feast to a close, guests savoured Hog Roast Holmer’s homemade profiteroles and fresh fruit salad, as well as a slice of vanilla sponge birthday cake the girls had had made by a local bakery.

As the celebrations wound down later in the evening, Hog Roast Holmer served tea, coffee, and mints to the tables before discreetly clearing away the remnants of the feast, leaving the hall as pristine as we found it.
