This week, the Hog Roast Hereford team were put to task once more with the exceptional team at Berrington Water. Head chef Duncan and the Hog Roast Hereford team were invited to the local Berrington offices here in Hereford where we served up an exceptional southern slow roast lunchtime menu. There’s no better way to spend a Friday afternoon and send your team off into the weekend than with the smoky and spicy barbecue tastes of our American-inspired southern slow roast. Brimming with flavour, sweet and smoky BBQ, and plenty of heat (especially if you add our Cajun hot pepper sauce!), the southern slow roast is so much more exciting than your packed lunch and supermarket meal deals.
The Berrington Water team enjoyed BBQ pork butt, Cajun spiced rotisserie chickens, and our Texas style 24 hour aged beef brisket. Just to help cool things off somewhat, we also provided grilled veg and halloumi skewers with a tzatziki dip and sweet chilli sauce, cooling Greek salad, creamy gourmet coleslaw, and helpings of roasted new potatoes.
